Description

The VA intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to ENCORE, located at 1850 Hotel Plaza Blvd, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 to provide all required A/V equipment and technical support necessary to support presentations, speakers, training sessions, and related activities. These services are critical to provide audio-visual (A/V) services and equipment in support of the Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Accountability and Whistleblower Protection (OAWP). North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561920 � (Convention and Trade Show Organizers) with a size standard of $19M. SAC-F anticipates negotiating and awarding a firm-fixed-price contract to ENCORE for this requirement by September 14, 2026. Interested parties that believe they could satisfy the requirements listed above for SAC-F may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition. The Government intends to negotiate solely with ENCORE Inc under the authority of FAR 13.5, 41 U.S.C. 1901, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is not a request for quote.
