Description

A.3 Item Description: This is an IFB that offers hazardous material (HM) for sale. Property stream consists of Spent Lead Acid Batteries. These batteries are RCRA exempt, spent lead acid batteries that are being sold solely for the purpose of reclamation as RCRA Exempt. These batteries are intact and unbroken. Batteries will only be sold to purchasers that can demonstrate ability to comply with all local, state and federal laws governing recycling of batteries. Intent to export these batteries outside of the U.S. for reclamation is not authorized under this sale. Potential high bidders listing destinations in their SOI that are outside of U.S. will not be considered responsive bidders, and their bids will be rejected. This is NOT a service contract
