Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal (RFP) and all applicable documents to provide Long Term Management (LTM) at Multiple Sites for Dobbins Air Reserve Base (ARB), Georgia have been posted/uploaded onto the FEDBIZOPPS website. Please note the following due dates: Questions Due: 2:00 PM CT on 08 February 2019 Proposal Due: 2:00 PM CT on 25 February 2019 DESCRIPTION OF WORK PROPOSED: The 772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron/Environmental Contracting (772 ESS/PKB) at JBSA Lackland, TX has been asked to provide activities to provide Long Term Management (LTM) at Multiple Sites for Dobbins Air Reserve Base (ARB), Georgia. The Contractor shall perform all necessary activities required to meet the requirements identified in the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance (PoP) will be 12 months from date of award. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: The 772 ESS/PKB intends to award a single, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to provide Long Term Management (LTM) at Multiple Sites for Dobbins Air Reserve Base (ARB), Georgia. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 562910 (size standard 750 employees). This requirement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the RFP requirements and submitted by the date indicated in this announcement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of this solicitation are available by INTERNET ACCESS ONLY. All solicitation documents are posted with this announcement and made available for viewing in FedBizOpps (http://www.fbo.gov). Any amendments to the RFP (if required) will be posted in FedBizOpps. Interested parties are reminded that they are responsible for checking FedBizOpps for new information concerning this requirement. Any communications with the Government from the date of this solicitation through contract award shall be directed in writing to the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), Ms. Rosalinda Sparks. Email correspondence shall be sent to Ms. Sparks. System for Award Management (SAM) Requirements: Offerors must be registered in the SAM database. If registration is not complete by the required time, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.
