Description
1. A site visit memorandum including responses to questions is posted in this notice. All interested offerors are requested to read it prior to submission of bids. 2. Amendment 0001 dated 22 Jul 19 has been released and is posted in this notice except for Addendum No. 1 to Attachment 11b and Addendum No. 1 to Attachment 12b under Section J of the solicitation. The interested offerors shall contact the POCs to obtain them in a timely manner. All bidders shall acknowledge the receipt of the amendment in accordance with block 11 of the amendment (Standard Form 30).
