Description
SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for the construction of a new facility titled Trusted Microelectronics Assurance Center (TMAC). As part of the construction contract solicitation, USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements: Schneider Electric Power Logic, Ion Meters and SCADAPack Smart RTUs Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI meters): The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment that will include energy consumption meters connected to a private network through fiber optic cable, copper wiring or a radio frequency mesh. FedSig MNS and FedSig Ultra Voice Remote Interface (UVRU): The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment that will communicate with the base fire alarm system. Schlage electrified door locks and Lockmasters panic hardware: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment in compliance with NSWC Crane requirements. Sigcom DTX fire alarm radio transmitter: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment which is the only compatible unit for fire alarm communication with base receivers and transmission to the central location. *This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 11:00 AM ET on 04 May 2026 to Megan.r.murphy@usace.army.mil.
