Description
Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation and materials to support a Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) located on Eglin AFB, Florida (this includes servicing outlying areas of Duke Field, the Army Ranger Camp and remote sites on Okaloosa Island). The Contractor shall acquire, issue, deliver, store, warehouse, inventory, source, purchase, receive, and stock a variety of materials, equipment, parts and supplies for construction, facility maintenance and use by authorized Government personnel. To provide a simplified method for Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) personnel and Facility Managers to purchase quality materials, and small real property equipment used for work tasks, construction, recurring preventive maintenance, repairs and the Base U-Fix-it program. The Contractor shall have a storefront located on Eglin AFB. The store shall contain a variety of commercial and industrial products and stock high- use/critical/consumable materials for immediate purchase. Suggested high-use/critical/consumable stock items are identified in Exhibit A ? Historical High-Use/Critical Items. Store management and personnel shall provide quality customer service.
