Description
LES Health Insurance Solicitation No. 19CY6026R0001-A00001 The purpose of this amendment is to replace sections B.2.3 through to B.2.8 and Exhibit F. Replace pages 3, 4, 5 and 41 with the attached pages. The new due date for receipt of proposal is extended to January 21, 2026 at 1200 noon time.
