Description

This is a presolicitation notice for the Polaris Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) Mechanic Training Service, for 374th Security Forces Squadron (374 SFS), Yokota Air Base, Japan. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform Polaris OCONUS Mechanic Training Service for 374 SFS, Yokota Air Base, Japan. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, commercial standards, maintenance and repair instruction of Polaris Ranger XP Northstar series, and US/Japanese Road Transport Vehicle Law and related Acts. The contractor shall be responsible for their employees have the following current and valid professional certification for the entire life of this contract. A copy of the certificates or permits must be submitted prior to contract award. Certified Automotive Mechanic Certified Mechanical Instructor by Polaris Inc. Note 1: All training for this project shall be performed exclusively in Japan. The contract price shall be inclusive of all travel and lodging expenses required for project execution.
