Description
Tents Tables and Chairs Rental for Columbus AFB The goal of this requirement is to rent tents, tent blocks, chairs, and tables for the 2026 Columbus AFB Freedom Fest at the Columbus Air Force Base in Columbus, Mississippi in July 2026. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to delivery, set up, and subsequently tear down and remove rental tents, tables, and chairs in accordance with the specifications, timeline, and location detailed in the Statement of Work. Factors being utilized to evaluate proposals are: Technical Capability Past Performance Price Questions shall be submitted via email to trayona.love@us.af.mil and CC�d to SSgt Dylan Booth, dylan.booth.1@us.af.mil are due no later than 12:30 PM CDT 13 May 2026. A completed Quote and Capability Statement shall be submitted via email to trayona.love@us.af.mil and CC�d to SSgt Dylan Booth, dylan.booth.1@us.af.mil no later than 12:30 PM CDT on 20 May 2026 for consideration. Please do not copy and paste the Statement of Work. The Government is not obligated to accept any Quotes or Capability Statement or to answer any questions submitted after the deadline. It is the vendor�s responsibility to monitor the solicitation posted herein for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation and detailed within the description. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Failure to comply with SAM registration will deem the offeror ineligible for award.
