To provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Services and Home Confinement (HC) Services located within Spokane County, Washington. Home Confinement radius is within 200 miles of the RRC facility. Amendment 001: 1)Incorporate the updated DOL Wage Determination 2015-5537 Rev. 28, 5-13-2026. 2)Extend the proposal due date to June 4, 2026 at 2:00pm ET.
