The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for the Service of temporary structures for billeting (weatherproof housing), training structures, latrines (showers, sinks, toilets), systems need to accommodate for a 24/7 support staff, power, sewer, energy, and gas set up for Engagement Skills Trainer (EST) II, normally held at Camp Buckner on a base plus two (2) one (1) option years contract. The period of performance will be for April 30, 2026 � April 03, 2029 (estimated). This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns holders under NAICS code 721310 - Rooming and Boarding Houses, Dormitories, and Workers' Camps, size standard is $14,000,000.00 Million per year and FSC/PSC of J054 Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Prefabricated Structures and Scaffolding.
