Description
�Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.� The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for an acquisition of a Lavatory service cart at Altus AFB, Oklahoma.(Please note that the item must be of Brand Name or Equal requirement to Stinar, LLC YR2020 SLC-300.) Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contact by 24 June 2026 at 1230 CST (12:30 PM CST). This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 336413. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
