Description
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. Per FAR 52.215-3. (a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Request for Information (RFI) or otherwise pay for the information solicited. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or a promise to issue an RFP or RFQ. Furthermore, those who respond to this RFI should not anticipate feedback regarding its submission. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. The Corporation for National and Community Service (AmeriCorps) is not currently seeking proposals. AmeriCorps will not pay any cost incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party�s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP or RFQ. AmeriCorps reserves the right to cancel the RFI process at any time. All responses to this RFI become the property of the Federal Government and will not be returned. Background and Purpose: Provide government vehicle operator evaluations for individuals tasked with operation of 15 passenger vans, mini vans, sedans, half ton pickup and three-quarter ton pickup trucks at the Aurora, CO, NCCC Facility. Overview of Requirement: A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is provided as an attachment. Proposed NAICS Code: The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 611692 for Automobile Driving Schools (Size Standard: $10 million). Requested Information: Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with a white paper to include capabilities that address the ability to meet the objectives, possible solutions, cost/schedules, and existing contracts where this service is available (e.g. GSA Schedule contract) related to the SOW requirements. Responses: Interested vendors are requested to respond to this RFI no later than Thursday, April 30, 2026, by 12 pm EST by emailing Stacey Polk at spolk@americorps.gov. Responses submitted after this date and time will not be taken into consideration. All correspondences should include in the subject line: �RFI � Driver Evaluations� vendor name� Provide all responses in PDF format. There is no specified format for the white papers, but they must be limited to no more than ten (10) pages with type font no smaller than 12-point. The cover page of the response shall include the following: Vendor Name Primary Point of Contact (including email and phone number) Address Unique Entity ID (UEI) Business size status (if a small business, provide socioeconomic program, if applicable) Contract Vehicles: Provide any contracting vehicles a future AmeriCorps contract award may be placed against. NAICS Code Recommendation: Provide either confirmation of the existing/recommended NAICS code as sufficient or recommend an alternative NAICS code. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. To aid the Government, please segregate proprietary information. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s). AmeriCorps representatives may or may not choose to meet with interested vendors. Such meetings would only be intended to get further clarification of potential capabilities to meet the requirements. No classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response.
