Dear Prospective Quoter: Subject: Solicitation No:19PK4026Q5009 Exterior Facade Repair Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Exterior Fa�ade Repair for US Consulate General Karachi. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J & K of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form 1442 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Consulate intends to conduct a pre-bid site visit on June 30th, 2026, at 11:00am (Pakistan standard time). If the file size should exceed 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.
