Sources Sought: Diesel Storage Tank to be provided at the Rosebud Indian Health Services (IHS) in Rosebud, SD Sources Sought Notice Number: IHS-SS-25-1528014 This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation, an obligation or commitment by the Indian Health Service. This notice is intended strictly for market research to determine the availability of Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) Businesses. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The anticipated applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 493190, Other Warehousing and Storage. This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in operating warehousing and storage facilities (except general merchandise, refrigerated, and farm product warehousing and storage). Other relevant NAICS codes will be considered based on responses received. 1. BACKGROUND The Rosebud IHS plans to procure a 2000 Gallon Diesel Storage Tank as specified in the attached documents. 2. SCOPE 2000-gallon fuel storage tank with 20-gpm fill-rite pump with meter, hose and nozzle, filter & filter base and drop tube and plumbing with delivery, according to the attached Product Description and Specification sheet. 3. CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS/ AND PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS (N/A) 4. TYPE OF ORDER This is a firm fixed price purchase order. 5. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Period of Performance: Delivery no later than 90 days from date of award 6. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE 800 Hospital Circle, Rosebud SD 7. REPORT(S)/DELIVERABLES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE Delivery of products should be no later than 90 days from date of award 8. PAYMENT Payment via IPP.gov upon delivery 9.
