Extended Proposal Due Date to 04/24/2026 at 5:00 PM CST. Amendment 01 was posted on 04/14/2026 and the purpose is to: 1. Update: Provided answers for all questions received from potential offerors in document titled, �Amendment 01, List of Questions.� 2. Added: Attachment A Rotating Equipment Quarterly Inspection List 2026. In order to maintain the continued operation of onsite rotating equipment, FermiLab requires a subcontractor to evaluate the mechanical condition, reliability and performance of rotating machinery using industry-standard vibration analysis techniques. This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, schedule, and technical requirements for vibration inspection and condition monitoring services for rotating equipment at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FermiLab) in Batavia, Illinois. The subcontractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the work indicated in the scope of work below. A Service Coordinator will be assigned to provide oversight of the project. Pleave review the SOW titled, "Exhibit 2. Vibrational Rotational Analysis Services SOW."
