Description
Amendment 003 - The purpose of this Amendment is to change the quantity from 37 to 38, add an additional delivery location and to adjust the maximum quantity for the Option Line Item from 18 to 19. See the SF30 for Amendment 003 and Attachment 01 - RFQ47QMCA26Q0064_SF18-95a Rev1 for the changes. Please remember to acknowledge all amendments if a quote is submitted. Amendment 002 - The purpose of this Amendment is to clarify the requirements for attachment 7, entitled, �Attachment 7 - Letter of Supply.� Vendors are required to provide digital signatures from the company submitting the quote and from the company manufacturing the trailer. See attached SF30 for details. Please remember to acknowledge all amendments if a quote is submitted. Amendment 001 - The purpose of this Amendment is to post questions and answers to RFQ 47QMCA26Q0064 and to extend the closing date by 7 calendar days to allow time to review. Please see the SF30 for Amendment 001 and Attachment 8 -Questions_N_Answers-RFQ_47QMCA26Q0064 for details. Please remember to acknowledge all amendments if a quote is submitted. Original Posting Description - This is an assisted acquisition with GSA as the Servicing Agency on behalf of the Requesting Agency, Department of Navy. This request for quote (RFQ) is for thirty-seven (37) each 34-ton break-bulk Trailers as noted in �Attachment 2 - PD FY25 Stake Breakbulk Trlr. 7 AUG 2025 FINAL�. Please see the attached document "Attachment 1 - RFQ47QMCA26Q0064_SF18-95a� for instructions on how to submit a quote.** Submit quotes via email to Ed Hodges at john.hodges@gsa.gov with �RFQ47QMCA26Q0064 � 34-Ton Break-Bulk Trailers� listed in the subject line of the email.
