Description
Sources sought for contractor support to provide management, material, support services, labor, equipment, and facilities to accomplish the taskings related to the ESMF system (including subsystem, hardware, and software). See attachments for details. Amendment 01 Adds Draft ESMF Personnel Qualification and Draft Section L M for industry feedback.
