Description
The work consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment, as required, to complete all work as described in the provided Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 333415 Air Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing and a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price order resulting from this solicitation. See FAR 52.212-1 for the solicitation submission instructions and FAR 52.212-2 for associatied evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on 6/2/26 via email to frank.r.burton@uscg.mil and keven.d.weaver@uscg.mil. Quotes shall be submitted via the SF-18. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist at the email addresses listed above no oral questions will be accepted. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on 5/26/26 at 1100 Eastern Time located at: USCG Communication Command 1900 Indian River Road Virginia Beach, VA 23456 Interested parties must arrange site visits with Nate Chappell at 757-483-8792, Nathan.C.Chappell@uscg.mil and Hayden Heyer 757-375-1183, Gary.H.Heyer@uscg.mil. All visitors must complete a visitor access request form in accordance with Base security policy and present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification. Full name, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN must also be provided. Visitors with a valid Military ID or RAPIDGate pass will not be required to complete the access form. There was not an incumbent.
