Upgrade 45-ton AAON split system HVAC unit at USCG COMCOM

Description

The work consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment, as required, to complete all work as described in the provided Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 333415 Air Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing and a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price order resulting from this solicitation. See FAR 52.212-1 for the solicitation submission instructions and FAR 52.212-2 for associatied evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on 6/2/26 via email to frank.r.burton@uscg.mil and keven.d.weaver@uscg.mil. Quotes shall be submitted via the SF-18. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist at the email addresses listed above no oral questions will be accepted. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes.
