Enterprise Sustainment Management System (E-SMS) Universal Cost Assembly Development Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9132T26RA003 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) by the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL). The requirement is for developing Micro-Computer Aided Cost Estimating System 2nd Generation (MII) project item assemblies and associated data artifacts in support of the Enterprise-SMS (E-SMS) program over a five (5) year ordering period by utilizing a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. This acquisition is a total set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
