Flint Hills Reroof and Residing Project Title: Reroofing and Residing Project at Flint Hills NWR Posting Date: May 28, 2026 Response Due Date/Time: June 5, 2026, 12:00 pm PST NAICS: 238130 - Framing Contractors Size Standard: $19.0 Million Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price Contract 1. Purpose This is a Sources Sought Notice for the purpose of conducting market research and obtaining industry information ONLY. Proposals are NOT being requested, nor accepted at this time. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTATIONS OR BIDS, NOR A SYNOPSIS OF A PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION UNDER FAR SUBPART 5.2 and no contract shall be awarded as a result of this notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought or any follow-up information requests. No Solicitation is currently available. The Government is performing market research to identify qualified and capable sources for a U. S. Fish and Wildlife project Flint Hills National Wildlife Refuge for a reroofing project. 2. Overview of Potential Requirement See attached Statement of Work. 3. Requested Information (Response Instructions) Interested firms should submit their responses via email to Justine_Coleman@ios.doi.gov with the subject line: 140FGA26R0022 - Sources Sought � [Company Name]. Submissions must include the Vendor Response Form provided by the Government.
