We thank you for your patience. ********************************************************************************* ORIGINAL POST: The purpose and goal of this requirement is to acquire the capability, through a commercial third-party test proctoring company, to administer professional certification exams for the Department of War (DoW) acquisition workforce, around the world both virtually or in-person, on an individually on-demand approved and scheduled basis. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HQ003426RE123 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), to acquire the capability, through a commercial third-party test proctoring company, to administer professional certification exams for the Department of War (DoW) acquisition workforce, around the world both virtually or in-person, on an individually on-demand approved and scheduled basis.. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
