***SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0001; 13 MARCH 2026*** This amendment is issued to formally extend the proposal submission deadline and announce an additional Question and Answer (Q&A) period. This action is taken to ensure all potential offerors have adequate time to prepare their proposals following a vendor inquiry that required a detailed Government response. To maintain transparency, the full correspondence is included in the "Consolidated Questions and Answers" document. Revised Documents and Attachments: The following documents are hereby incorporated into the soliciation: 1. Solicitation Amendment - W911S826RA010-0001 2. Conformed Soliciation - W911S826RA010 3. Attachment 1 - Revised PWS Auto Door Services 4. Consolidated Questions and Answers 5. Attachment 7 - Long Term Badge Application 6. Attachment 8 - Technical Experience Form All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Offerors are required to acknowledge receipt of this amendment with their proposal submission. ********************************************************************************************************************************************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W911S8-26-R-A010 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for full-service automatic door maintenance and repair services. The services will be performed at various facilities across JBLM, including JBLM-Lewis Main, JBLM-Lewis North, and JBLM-McChord Field. This acquisition is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to perform comprehensive maintenance and repair on all types of automatic doors. This includes, but is not limited to, sliding, swinging, and revolving doors located in administrative, training, medical, childcare, recreational, warehouse, billeting, and range facilities. Core services include: Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regularly scheduled inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments to ensure doors are fully operational and compliant with safety standards. Corrective Repairs: Perform troubleshooting and corrective repairs, including the replacement of parts, to restore non-operational doors to service. Inspections and Testing: Ensure all automatic doors meet functionality, accessibility, and safety requirements. Emergency Service: Respond to service calls for out-of-service doors and perform emergency repairs as needed.
