Description

Building Automation System (BAS) Sustainment, Maintenance, Repair, and Lifecycle Support Base + 4. The Department of Veterans Affairs, American Lake VA Medical Center, operates a mission-critical Building Automation Systems (BAS) supporting clinical, administrative, and infrastructure operations. Building Automation Eco structure requires comprehensive maintenance and monitoring. The objective of this contract is to: 1. Provide a clean and healthy atmosphere which is compliant with all hospital regulatory agencies such as the Joint Commission, CAP, CARF, OMI. 2. Maintain continuous operation of the HVAC and building automation system 24/7/365 days. 3. Maintain efficient operation of equipment. 4. Control temperatures throughout the building to satisfy facility requirements. 5. Control Air Pressures relationships and air exchange rates to meet facility requirements. 6. Ensure operation of related BAS equipment and software that runs HVAC equipment 24/7/365. 7. Ensure End of Life, failing, and planned retirement of field controllers is managed in a systematic and planned manner. 8. Perform Bi-annual of BMS and the systems it controls, report findings to PM. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, proprietary software access, and technical expertise necessary to perform BAS sustainment services, including but not limited to. The scope includes the existing BAS ecosystems, including: Schneider / Tridium Electric�s current EcoStruxure BAS platform in buildings 81,8,9,6,18,19,17,61,85,199,and 143 EBO Automation Servers (AS-P). Field controllers Operator workstations Networked building controls Associated firmware, databases, and configuration files. $50,00.00 budget annually to account for hardware failure or planned retirements at the end of the year. (pricing for retirements will be submitted for approval of fund usage and will include discounted rates granted by this agreement).
