Description
The purpose of this BAA is to solicit a variety of solutions that will support the strategic objectives of the FHWA Office of Infrastructure Research and Development and the tactical needs of the infrastructure program areas: Advanced Digital Construction Transportation Resilience and Safety Enhanced Pavement Management Bridge Preservation and Management Highway Construction Safety Pavement Modeling and Performance Additional program areas may be solicited in the future, if needed.
