Description

Correct Stormwater Drainage The Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care System, Salem, Virginia has a requirement for a Contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment, and qualified supervision necessary to perform work as described in the drawings and specifications for Project #658-23-108 Correct Stormwater Drainage provided in forthcoming Solicitation. The magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. NAICS CODE: 237110 for Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction Construction Standard Size: $45M This solicitation is anticipated to be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about July 22, 2026. Any Specifications, Drawings, and Amendments will be posted on this website. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after the issuance of the Solicitation. Location and points of contact for a site visit will be identified in the Solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for Proposals. The Government is not obligated to issue a Solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until the issuance of the Solicitation. No Proposal list is maintained. All interested vendors should register on this website. It is the offeror s responsibility to check the website periodically for any Amendments/Notices to the Solicitation. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database in order to obtain access to Contract Opportunities under sam.gov SAM and must be current and active to be eligible for contract awards.
