The following action is to be competed by the U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) in support of the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency (USAMMA), Fort Detrick, MD, for Brand Name ZOLL Medical Corporation Medical Repair Parts. This announcement constitutes the solicitation by USAMRAA, Fort Detrick, MD as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be accepted). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101. DESCRIPTION: This action is to be competed to fulfill the need of USAMMA and it's Army Depot, located at Hill AFB, UT. USAMMA requires a total of 30 ZOLL Medical Corporation medical repair parts. USAMMA requires the items at the quantities specified in the RFQ to be delivered USAMMA's Medical Maintenance Operations Division-Hill AFB, UT. Delivery is FOB Destination is 30 ADC. See the attached document for the full delivery address. This requirement is brand name only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,000 employees. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office.
