Description

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) to Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corporation, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide maintenance and repair of the High Pressure Air Compressor (HPAC) No. 1 onboard a Los Angeles-class submarine. In accordance with DFARS PGI 206.302-1, a sources sought notice was posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE), SAM.gov, from 06 APR 2026 � 09 APR 2026 to determine whether other sources could satisfy this requirement. The Government received one response from industry indicating capability in performing the requirement. The Government reviewed the response and determined the interested party to be incapable of performing the requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 Ship Building and Repair with a size standard of 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code is J020 - Maintenance, Repair, Rebuilding of Equipment-Ship and Marine Equipment. Please note the following: The solicitation is available upon request only. Please email both the primary and secondary points of contacts listed in this posting to obtain this solicitation. The Offer must be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and instructions established in the Solicitation. All Solicitation amendments must be acknowledged in offeror submission. All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 15, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition (FAC) 2026-01 (published 03/13/2026), DFARS (last updated 11/10/2025), and NMCARS 26-02.
