Conduct Industrial Hygiene Surveys at (6) Maintenance Facilities: FMS#15 Goldsboro, FMS#8 High Point, USPFO Warehouse Raleigh, CSMS Raleigh, AASF#1 Morrisville, and FMS#13 Butner NC, NCARNG Last day to ask questions: 11 Jun 26 Questions & Answers: 1. Q: Would the Gov't like offerors to use the same IH Quote template from the other NC IH Survey solicitations (W91242-26-Q-0097/0098)? A: No specific template is required. 2. Q: Is there an incumbent? A: This is a one-time service that has been procured in the past; however, there is no single firm that can be named consistently to be the "incumbent".
