Description

Gutters, Fascia, Downspouts and Ridge Cap Repair; Solicitation #: W15QKN-19-Q-1117 1. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a construction requirement on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division to repair gutters, fascia, downspouts and ridge caps which shall be performed in accordance with the attached draft Scope of Work (SOW) and is subject to all manufacturer specifications and guidelines as well as all federal, state and local codes. Place of Performance is at the General Charles C. Rogers U.S. Army Reserve Center, 100 Military Drive, Charleston, WV 25309-8246. 2. The period of Performance for this requirement is 90 Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed Date. This requirement will be utilizing NAICS Code 236220 with a size standard of $36.5 Million. The contract type will be firm fixed price. In accordance with FAR 36.204, �Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects', this effort is estimated to cost less than $25,000.00. 3. This is the release of an official solicitation and interested parties are encouraged to download the attached documents and respond with proposals/quotes to Joseph Henrius, Contract Specialist, ACC-NJ-W, at joseph.p.henrius.civ@mail.mil. responses shall include a company point of contact, contractor DUNS and CAGE code. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to transact business with the Government. 4.
