This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA465926QZ010 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of Fiber Optic Transport Systems (FOTS) supporting the Air Traffic Control Ground to Air local Radio mission at Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota.
