Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.303-2. The Department of Homeland Security intends to award a sole source contract to Hassett & Willis Associates, LLC. to provide Biodetection Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance. The anticipated period of performance is September 18, 2020 to December 1, 2020, with one (three-month) option period. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition will be publicized at a later date.
