General Scope & Function: The USPFO for Massachusetts requires a comprehensive procurement package of commercial infrastructure components, physical fiber routing assets, microduct systems, racks, cable management hardware, tools, and testing consumables. This requirement directly supports project XDQU-2023-00004 / 165 AW Add 144 SM FOC CN to AN Edge Switches on behalf of the 253d Cyber Space Engineering Installation Group (CEIG) localized detachment elements. The procurement specifies brand names (including Corning, Dura-Line, Fluke Networks, and Panduit) to establish the necessary standard of quality, form, fit, and function. Items will be solicited on a brand name or equal basis.
