Description
The project is to renovate the existing locker rooms and additional office space within building 30. The scope includes, but is not limited to, demolish of existing select walls, stick down tile, carpet, locker curbs, drop ceilings, electrical, plumbing, along with relocation of existing doors. The locker rooms will require the addition of plumbing, electrical, walls, ceiling, base trim, and epoxy flooring. The project will include but not limited to additional work outside of locker rooms, demo of existing flooring, new epoxy flooring, new break room kitchen cabinets and countertops, wall repair and paint, base trim, lighting replacement, replacement of door hardware, and floor drain repair in active laboratory. All work performed under this Statement of Work shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations and ANG policies and regulations. The contract duraion will be 180 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, with small business size standard of 45,500,000.00. The magintude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
