Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Billings Area Indian Health Service, Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency, Montana intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements to Anders Group LLC, 105 Decker CT STE 600, Irving, Texas 75062. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561320 � Temporary Help Services. The object of this sole source award is to provide diagnostic radiologic technologist staffing services at the Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency, MT. To ensure continuity of 24/7 radiology department operations, it is necessary to sole source this contract to Anders Group LLC. The current bridge contract with Anders Group expires June 30, 2026, and the existing IDIQ contractor has been unable to identify suitable staffing candidates. Awarding a sole source contract to Anders Group will maintain uninterrupted operations while the IDIQ contractor continues its search for qualified personnel. Anticipated Period of Performance 07/01/2026 � 09/30/2026. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government. Capabilities statements shall be submitted by email only as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment to katrina.eaglefeathers@ihs.gov.
