Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C25626Q0196 and is issued as an (RFQ) Request for Quotation, unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 03/13/2026. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing). This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. All quote questions shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer via email to michelle.atwell@va.gov by 10:00 a.m. Central Time on May 4, 2026. All responses to questions, which may affect quote, will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Responses are due May 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time.
