***ONLY SEAPORT MAC HOLDERS SHOULD RESPOND TO THIS PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE*** PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE AND SYNOPSIS ANNOUNCEMENT This is a follow up to Sources Sought Announcement #: N6133126SNQ25. PRE-SOLICTATION CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT for Air Cushion Vehicles (ACV) Crew, Safe Engineering and Operations (SEAOPS) Program, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program, and Future Connectors Program Support. A Pre-Solicitation Conference for this requirement will be held via Microsoft Teams on 28 May 2026, from 10:00 A.M. -11:00 A.M., Central Standard Time (CST). Interested Offerors shall submit their intent to participate with the company?s name, CAGE code, and name and email address of personnel who will be attending to Morgan Simo, Contract Specialist, via email at morgan.d.simo.civ@us.navy.mil and Frances J. Negr?n, Contracting Officer, via email at frances.j.negron.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 27 May 2026, 4:00 P.M. CST. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
