Good day, SDVOSB s, VOSB s, SB s This Sources Sought is issued solely for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute the issuance of a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified SDVOSB businesses. This is not a request for bids, quotes, offers, or proposals. The responses to this announcement will assist in determining the socio-economic status such as a SDVOSB set-aside if feasible. If insufficient SDVOSB responses are received to establish the basis for setting this requirement aside for SDVOSB s, the requirement may be solicited as a VOSB or a SB set aside in which case all interested parties responding shall be eligible to compete. Please direct reply in the affirmative via email if you are interested and can provide the required service/product for this requirement. Please provide your capability statement, I will accept responses for this Sources Sought until the 17th of March 10, 2026, at 14:00, thanks. STATEMENT OF WORK Intercom System, C.W. Young VAMC 1.0 INTRODUCTION: The C.W. Young VAMC in Bay Pines, Florida requires an IP Intercom System. This system requires three (3) separate zones consisting of forty-two (42) locations in total. These locations will require ten (10) handheld/phone stations, thirty-three (33) wall stations, and one (1) server as identified in the provided device list and floor plan drawing. 2.0 SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall supply all supervision, labor and materials to remove and dispose of the old intercom system, DEMO all conductors and abandoned raceways that are part of the old system back to the source. All penetrations must be fire caulked and seal off any holes left from the demo. The installation shall consist of a Zenitel ICX Intelligent Communications System with Cleanroom Intercom Station IP-CROR and IP Desk Master with handset V2 (or equivalent) at the Bay Pines Veterans Medical Center in Bay Pines, Florida. 3.0 GENERAL INFORMATION 3.1 Place of Performance C.W. Young VAMC 10000 Bay Pines BLVD Bay Pines, Florida 33744 3.2 Hours of Operation Surgical and Imaging hours of operation are from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Construction will be limited to after Surgical and Imaging hours of Operations. 3.3 Federal Holidays Do not schedule work on Federal Holidays or days observed in lieu thereof. The Federal holidays listed below are observed: New Year s Day Labor Day Martin Luther King s Birthday Columbus Day Presidents Day Veterans Day Memorial Day Thanksgiving Day Juneteenth Christmas Day Independence Day 4.0 STATEMENT OF WORK: 4.1 The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, employee training, services, insurance, and equipment necessary to perform the designated work and shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, timely completion, and restoration of the area. The requested type of intercom system/speakers is Zenitel. For any equal or better products, the contractor will provide a specification sheet detailing the equal or better product. The contractor will remove and dispose of any, and all debris resulting from this project. The contractor is responsible for any painting required as a result of this demo and installation. The painting will match the existing paint in the rooms. CAT6A cabling is to be used for this project. The contractor is responsible for any drywall repairs/patching required (as a result of this installation) to return each room to its original condition. The contractor will follow all Government, State, and Local guidelines. 5.0 CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION: 5.1. The contractor shall not perform work outside this SOW unless directed in writing by the Contracting Officer (CO). Any work done by the Contractor outside the SOW without direction from the Contracting Officer will be at the Contractor s own risk. 5.2. The Contractor shall accept directions only from the Contracting Officer or the duly authorized Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Requests or desires of the Users or Using Agency made directly to the Contractor will be immediately brought to the attention of the COR. The CO must authorize any changes to the project scope or other provisions of this Statement of Work (SOW). 5.3. Completed work shall be approved and signed off by the COR after the following is completed: 5.3.1. Final inspection performed by the COR/Maintenance Personnel and Contractor 5.3.2. Training of local maintenance staff as needed. 5.3.3. Warranty and operating manual are provided to the COR/Maintenance Personnel. 6.0 DELIVERABLE SCHEDULE: The total period of performance is 120 Calendar Days from the contract award date.
