Description

Amendment 23 April 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to address a valid question submitted after the formal question period ended (refer to "Answer Question W912CM26QA016"). Based on this inquiry, the Price Book has been updated to 'Attachment 4 Bidders Price Book April 23 2026' to correct a typographical error and ensure alignment with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) amount. Additionally, this amendment increases the overall ceiling of the current solicitation. Consequently, the solicitation closing date is hereby extended to April 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central European Time (CET). __________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 22 April 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions received during the question period for solicitation W912CM-26-Q-A016 via Attachment "Answer Question Solicitation W912CM26QA016". As a result of the Question the Price Book has been updated to �Attachment 4 Bidders Price Book April 21 2026�. This action formally closes the question period. The solicitation's closing date remains unchanged. ________________________________________________________________________ Update 15 April 2026. The Regional Contracting Office has uploaded the final version of the Solicitaion. Please note that no changes were made to the draft. _________________________________________________________________________ The Regional Contracting Office at USAG Wiesbaden, Germany, is issuing a Draft Solicitation for a competitive, hybrid Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Time & Material (T&M) contract for the procurement of Maintenance and Repair of Emergency Alarm Systems throughout USAG Wiesbaden. The contract will consist of one (1) base year and two (2) 12-month option years. The anticipated performance start date is 31 May 2026. Submission Information: All responses are due: 27 April 2026 at 10:00 AM Central European Time All questions are due: 21 April 2026 at 4:00 PM Central European Time. Questions must be submitted via email to the points of contact listed below A formal solicitation is anticipated to be posted as an Amendment to this Posting on or before 17 April 2026.
