*************************AMENDMENT 0004*************************** The purpose of this amendment is to provide clarification regarding (1) the herbicide applicator license requirement in accordance with PWS 5.2.12, and (2) the Offeror's intent to subcontract, the percentage of work to be performed by any subcontractor, and the subcontractor's business size and socioeconomic status. *****************************AMENDMENT 0003*************************** The purpose of this amendment is to include two questions and answers that required further review. These are questions 55 and 56 on the Question and Answer document. ******************************AMENDMENT 0002************************** The purpose of this amendment is to Provide answers to questions received during and following the site visit conducted on 21May 2026, Add Attachment 11- Wage Determination: WD #2015-4511 Rev No. 33, Add Attachments 12 and 13 (Parameter Maps of FS & HAAF) & 14 (Parameter Maps of Ranges), Extend the date of proposal submission, and Provide site visit sign in sheet. *****************************AMENDMENT 0001*************************** The purpose of this amendment is to Incorporate updated Wage Determinations, Change solicitation submission instructions, Incorporate required clauses that were omitted during the initial issuance due to system constraints, Establish Site Visit date and time, Establish submittal date and time for questions. (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9124M-26-R-A007 is issued as a RFP for Grounds Maintenance for Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, GA. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (ii) See Solicitation SF 1449 for a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure. (iii) This is a non-personal services contract to provide grounds maintenance services for the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Stewart (FS) and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), Georgia. The Contractor shall inspect, service, maintain, and landscape grounds. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform all grounds maintenance service tasks and frequencies as described and defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). (iv) Period of Performance: The base period of performance will be from 01 November 2026 to 31 August 2027. This includes a 2-month phase-in period from 01 September 2026 to 31 October 2026, followed by four (4) one-year option periods beginning each 01 September thereafter. Place of Performance: Fort Stewart (FS) and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), Georgia. F.O.B. Point: Destination (v) The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions are required and apply to this acquisition IAW FAR 12.205(a) (DFARS CD 2026-O0028). (vi) The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses are required and apply to this acquisition IAW FAR 12.205(b) (DFARS CD 2026-O0028). (vii) Offer Receipt: Proposal Due Date and Time: 05 June 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. (viii) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561730, Landscaping, Lawn Maintenance, with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of $9.5M.
