Pre-Solicitation Notice W9128F26QA043 Garrison Spillway Chute Subdrain Inspection Garrison Dam, ND On or about 22 April 2026, this office will issue Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Garrison Spillway Chute Subdrain Inspections at Garrison Dam, ND. The solicitation will close on or about 19 May 2026. This solicitation is restricted to SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. Site Visit: Site visit information will be issued with the solicitation. Project Description: This requirement is for a cleanout and camera inspection of the Garrison Dam spillway subdrains, the spillway adjacent box drains, the spillway crest relief wells, the powerhouse under seepage drains, as well as the sounding and rehabilitation of the crest relief wells. The objective of this project is to gain a better understanding of the condition of these features, and to rehabilitate them as effectively as possible to maintain project performance and safety. Period of Performance: 1 June 2026 � 27 Nov 2026 The above project description and period of performance are for information only and are subject to change. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, with a size standard for Small Business of $20M. All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity. Place of Performance: The work associated with this contract shall be at Garrison Dam within the state of North Dakota in Riverdale, in McLean County.
