Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action for repair of a Hertz Converter, model number 360ASX-UPC3 /M99074, and is not a request for competitive proposals. All inquiries received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The intention is to award this contract to Pacific Power Source, Inc. due to their organization being the sole manufacturer and sole source of repairs for the Hertz Converter. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
