Description
This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) on a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE basis for the supply of Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs). This requirement is for the purchase of RECs for the Air Force and other various civilian federal agencies to meet annual renewable energy goals.
