Description
THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to mow and trim approximately four and three quarters (4.75) acres of fine lawn; rough mow approximately one and a half (1.5) acres of lawn; spring/fall clean up on approximately two and a half (2.5) acres; fall clearing of drainage swales and catch basins at Colebrook River Lake, Colebrook, CT.This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million.ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
