Description

UPDATE: With the recent formation DTRA�s Global Threat Reduction Directorate, this requirement is under review and may change based on mission needs and priorities. At this time, DTRA is not requesting additional questions or feedback on the draft solicitation and appreciates the continued interest and patience from our Industry partners. Additional updates concerning this requirement are forthcoming. UPDATE: This is still a valid requirement. Attachments are available by viewing the initial posting of this draft solicitation in the history section in the PIEE Solicitation Portal. DTRA intends to issue the final RFP prior to the end of the fiscal year. Any additional interim updates will be posted on this SAM.gov entry. DTRA is not requesting additional feedback or questions at this time. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) provides cross-cutting solutions to enable the Department of Defense, the United States Government, and international partners to Deter strategic attack against the United States and its allies; Prevent, reduce, and counter weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and emerging threats; and Prevail against WMD-armed adversaries in crisis and conflict. The Onsite Inspection and Building Partner Capacity (OB) Directorate, Building Partner Capacity Department (BP) enables the Department of Defense (DoD) and the U.S. Government to build the capacity of our allies and partners to Counter WMD. The preponderance of effort for this contract will support BP?s Countering-WMD Security Cooperation Engagement Program (CSCEP). Additional efforts on this effort will support the International Counterproliferation Program (ICP). The objective of this contract is to support DTRA efforts to establish or enhance Partner Nation (PN) capacity and capability to deter, detect, interdict, or respond to the use or proliferation of WMD and CBRN threats as well as prevail in CBRN environments.
