Description
Please note this is a pre-solicitation notice combined with solicitation. The Embassy of the United States in Pakistan has launched the solicitation on the SAM.gov website. The solicitation is for PMS for Medium Voltage Switchgear (Eaton). The anticipated performance period is for one year. All qualified responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal for consideration. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be firm-fixed-price contract. This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021) Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses against this advertisement.
