4/27/2026 - Amendment 3 uploaded. All previous documents are deleted and replaced in their entirety. Quotes received prior to this amendment will not be considered and need to be resubmitted to conform with the new documents. 4/20/2026 - Amendment 2 uploaded. Specifications are being edited and new documents will be uploaded as soon as available. Do not submit a quote until new documents are posted on SAM. 4/15/2026 - Amendment 1 uploaded and due date extended to 21 April 2026, 1600 Pacific Daylight Time. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240BH26Q0011 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for generator, battery system, and photovoltaic collector array replacement. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238210. The small business size standard is $19 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. PLEASE REVIEW THE SOLICITATION FILE AND ALL ATTACHMENTS 1 - 7. If you choose to provide a response to this solicitation, submit the following documents via email to darcy.rapoza@usda.gov, no hard-copy originals are required: Signed Standard Form 1442 with blocks 14-20c completed by the quoter. Attachment 1 � Schedule of Items Attachment 5 � Response to Evaluation Criteria (including Attachment 7 � Past Performance Form) Acknowledgement of solicitation amendments (if any) via signed SF-30(s) with your quote.
