Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure flight hours via a Contractor Owned and Government Operated (COGO) Boeing 737-Next Generation (NG) (-600, -700, -800, or -900) series aircraft for pilot proficiency and training support. This effort will include all labor, material, equipment, supplies, and services required to maintain and support the aircraft and the work scope. Based on the results of market research and the sources sought posted on 10 June 2025, this requirement will be competed as a 100% set-aside for Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) Program Participants. The Government intends to award a Single-Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that allows for Firm-Fixed Price orders. The anticipated ordering period will be four (4) years and 364 days. Industry�s review and feedback on the provided DRAFT solicitation is highly desirable and appreciated. One-on-One Sessions One-on-One Sessions will be held with interested vendors via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, 06 May 2026. If you wish to participate in a One-on-One Session, please send an email to lindsay.l.corken.civ@us.navy.mil by 1000 EST on Tuesday, 05 May 2026. The Government will subsequently schedule you for your session via a Teams invite.
