Description
The Government requires a mobile ordnance maintenance tool system capable of supporting field and shop-level maintenance operations. The system shall provide a mobile platform for the storage, organization, transportation, and use of maintenance tools and equipment. The unit shall be durable for military maintenance environments and configured to support efficient troubleshooting, repair, and sustainment activities. The required item is AP1001311 ODTool Mobile Monster or equal. Any proposed equal product must meet or exceed all salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics identified in the solicitation. Salient Characteristics The Government requires a Mobile Heavy Equipment Diagnostic Workstation meeting the following minimum requirements: Mobile Diagnostic Cart Compatible with 12-volt and 24-volt electrical systems. Equipped with NATO power connector compatibility. Includes onboard battery power. Heavy-duty steel construction suitable for maintenance environments. Mobile configuration with heavy-duty casters. Capable of supporting diagnostic computers, monitors, testing equipment, and accessories. Suitable for shop and field diagnostic operations. Heavy-Duty Diagnostic System Includes a diagnostic laptop computer. Includes diagnostic software and protocol adapter capability. Supports multiple vehicle communication protocols. Includes Bluetooth pressure monitoring capability. Includes 9-pin Deutsch diagnostic connectivity. Includes OBDII diagnostic connectivity. Includes vehicle power cables and adapters. Capable of troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system monitoring for heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. Caterpillar Diagnostic Capability Supports communication with Caterpillar electronic control modules (ECMs). Provides fault code retrieval capability. Provides system monitoring capability. Supports troubleshooting and diagnostics of Caterpillar equipment. Electrical Diagnostic Equipment Measures voltage, continuity, and current. Suitable for troubleshooting electrical circuits and components. Portable for maintenance and field applications. Relay Testing Capability Compatible with both 12-volt and 24-volt electrical systems. Includes adapters for common relay configurations. Capable of identifying faulty relays and tracing electrical faults. Hydraulic Diagnostic Capability Includes hydraulic pressure testing capability. Includes gauges, hoses, and fittings required for testing. Capable of troubleshooting hydraulic pumps, valves, and related systems. Display Monitor Minimum 24-inch high-definition display. Compatible with the diagnostic workstation. Suitable for continuous diagnostic monitoring and technician use. General Requirements All components shall be fully compatible and integrated as a complete diagnostic workstation. Equipment shall be new and unused. Contractor shall provide all cables, adapters, software, accessories, and hardware necessary for a fully operational system upon delivery.
