Description
The U.S. Army, Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), intends to award a firm-fixed price, sole-source supply contract for proprietary life-cycle replacement components for the C-Band Doppler Radar. This procurement supports the operations of the Meteorological Branch, West Desert Test Center (WDTC), DPG pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary Overhaul FAR 6.103-1 and RFO FAR 12.102(a) to: Enterprise Electronics Corporation, 128 South Industrial Boulevard, Enterprise, AL 36330 UEI: MQNFD8CZA8H3 CAGE: 50187 The objective of this sole source award is to procure proprietary life-cycle replacement components for the C-Band Doppler Radar from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Enterprise Electronics Corporation (EEC). This mission-essential radar provides unique, high-resolution meteorological data critical for WDTC flight tests, ballistic trials, and personnel safety. As the OEM, EEC holds the exclusive technical data and manufacturing processes required to ensure precise component compatibility and seamless system integration, mitigating the risk of catastrophic system failure.
